Apply a dark base to the lid using a black cream eye shadow. This will intensify the color:

Apply MARDI GRAS to lid area and buff upward:

Blend out the edges with a blending brush:

Apply BLACKSTAR BLUE to the outer corner of the lid and crease area to create dimension:

Apply to outer lower lash line by wiggling in between the lashes to create a softer appearance.

Repeat the same process, with MARDI GRAS on the inner half of the lower lash line. Lightly buff the two colors to create a soft transition. Apply Eye liner to the top and bottom lash line.
Complete look with mascara and neutral colored lip gloss.
