Orders placed by 12 pm EST Monday through Friday will start processing on the same day and generally ship that day. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the next business day.
As of 10/7/2014, any order shipping to North Carolina will be charged the appropriate sales tax depending on the county to which it is shipped.
Once you submit your order, it is sent to our warehouse for processing. If you contact us by e-mail before the order has shipped, we will do our best to catch the order and correct the shipping address.
Any orders returned to us due to incorrect/incomplete addresses will be refunded, LESS the shipping charges, to the original form of payment. If you received FREE shipping, $5.95 (or the actual cost for larger orders), will be deducted from your refund.
IMMEDIATELY after you have successfully placed your order with JessesGirlCosmetics.com, you will receive an e-mail that contains information regarding the details of your order. The order confirmation e-mail is your receipt and can be printed for your records. When your order has been shipped, a shipping confirmation e-mail with your tracking number will be sent to the email address provided to us when ordering. Packages sent via USPS Standard Shipping generally do not require a signature upon delivery. Please track your shipment, as Jesse's Girl Cosmetics is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once your package is confirmed as delivered via the USPS, our responsibility for that package ends. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE ANY ORDER AT OUR SOLE DISCRETION,
"NEW" - Your order has been received and has been sent to our warehouse.
"PROCESSING" - Your order is being picked and packed.
"HOLD " - Your order is being held and has not been processed.
"SHIPPED" - Your order has been completed and shipped.
