Do you accept returns? What is your return policy?

Jesse’s Girl wants you to be happy with your purchase from our website. If you aren't fully satisfied with your products, please contact us by email for resolution. We will refund or replace a broken or defective product PURCHASED FROM OUR WEBSITE at no charge to you. If you just don't like the product, we will ask you to return it to us at your expense and then we will refund your purchase price by the original payment method.

If an item/order is returned, we retain the right not to refund our shipping /handling cost on items/orders including those which qualified for free shipping.

We do not accept returns for items that were purchased at retail stores. Those should be returned to the store where they were purchased for a refund or exchange subject to the retailer's return guidelines.
